Today I have 3 famous ciders from Henry Westons of Much Marcle in Herefordshire and hopefully I’m encouraging you to a couple of nights away walking on Malverns Hills, visiting Hereford & Worcester cathedrals, marketing in Ledbury and touristing in nearby Eastnor Castle! Chinners!! Tonight’s supper bite is brie, celery, apple and rosemary crackers πŸ˜‹

OK so apples from one year harvest, huge oak vats, delicious apple & oak taste! Let’s see where we go 2026 with this mission to secure Britain’s very top integrity cider mill ciders!! There may be trouble ahead! Surprises, disappointments, chagrin but let’s wade in with muddy boots and kick the ass out ot alcoholic apple (and 🍐) ok!
