4x Brilliant £6 Red Wines 2026

What four £6 red wine 🍷 for 2026?

Join me in thrashing the ripoff scamming supermarkets by enjoying top notch wine at just £6 instead of £16 and pop a ten pound note for every bottle purchased in a savings jar which you empty 31st December 2026! What a surprise! Kickstart 2027 with a whammy! 💷💷

First I introduce my idea to you and why we must defy the price fixing shops this year 🍷

Now let’s explore Wirra Wirra Church Block 2022 at £16 Sainsbury 14.5% versus Beefsteak Club 2022 Shiraz £6.23 Asda 12.5% and see if we can possibly detect why one might be £10 more?

Ok so next on my recommendations is House by Sainsburys Torla Rioja 13.5% at £6.25 🍇🍷🇪🇸

And now my best red wine in the series CoOp Fairtrade Bonarda Malbec 12.5% 🇦🇷 a very full bodied wine I’d be glad of at £30 but in fact a snip at £6.15 🍷

I tried these on different evenings with different food pairings and tonight I’m deciding between mackerel salad or a lentil, leek, carrot homemade broth = all fantastic foodie reds and try Tesco Côtes du Rhône £5.30 as an excellent vibrant lively nonchalant fourth choice = keep salting those tenners away patiently and beat the shops at their profiteering 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Good appetite! 🍽 😋

Much wine is created equal but not priced equal
